Has the Nation’s Capital had more record high or record low temperatures during the month of November over the last 25 years ?

Chris: This blog conveys my passion for the weather and insights derived from years of observations in my personal, academic and professional life. It shares interesting facts and features about weather events, hopefully providing a light and informative read for all of us fascinated when we look up at the sky.
