True or False. March 2020 is poised to become only the third March without any snow in the Nation’s Capital during the last two decades.

Chris: This blog conveys my passion for the weather and insights derived from years of observations in my personal, academic and professional life. It shares interesting facts and features about weather events, hopefully providing a light and informative read for all of us fascinated when we look up at the sky.
