Hurricane Ida and Other Costly Weather Disasters of 2021

 

The U.S. Has Had No Shortage of
Destructive Weather in 2021

A recent NOAA report explains the United States has seen a record 18 separate weather emergencies during the first nine months of 2021, each of which caused at least $1 billion in damages.  The most destructive event was Hurricane Ida.  Check out this article I wrote for the WUSA9 website that highlights the impacts these weather disasters had on the United States.
