Chris: This blog conveys my passion for the weather and insights derived from years of observations in my personal, academic and professional life. It shares interesting facts and features about weather events, hopefully providing a light and informative read for all of us fascinated when we look up at the sky. Given my education in Meteorology and Communications and position I’ve had with a DC-area TV station, I have an excellent vantage point on how weather impacts the public.
