With a monthly average of 5.0”, February is narrowly ahead of January for being the snowiest month of the year in the Nation’s Capital. Not surprisingly, six of D.C.’s 10 largest snowstorms have occurred in February. Check out this story I wrote for the WUSA9 website for details.
