Germantown, Maryland |
The DC Area had its
first measurable December snowfall Saturday since 2013. While not a large snowstorm, there was a
swath of 2”-5” that enveloped much of the Mid-Atlantic with isolated higher
amounts. Daily snowfall records occurred
at Dulles and BWI Airports meaning it was the
snowiest December 9 on record in parts of the DC Metro Area.
