White Thanksgiving?

Can Washingtonians expect snow in November?

Most people in the Mid-Atlantic Region don’t associate snow with the month of November.  However, Washington, D.C. averages a small amount of measureable snow in November.  Although temperatures this Thanksgiving will be warmer than average with highs around 60 degrees under mostly sunny skies in the Nation’s Capital, that hasn’t always been the case.  Check out this story I wrote for the WUSA9 website to learn when Washington, D.C. had both a white Thanksgiving and a white Christmas.
