Answer to Weather Quiz question from December 25.

C.  There was actually snow on the ground on Christmas in all of these years in the Nation’s Capital.  However, the last time it actually snowed on Christmas in Washington, D.C. was in 2002.  It also snowed on December 25, 1993 in the DC Metro Region.
